Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold your garment and place it back in its original branded packaging, ensuring all security tags and labels remain attached.
Ship the Item
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
